Regularly convened under the esteemed patronage of His Highness, the Paramount Traditional King of Ikoyi-Osun, The Olukoyi of Ikoyi, alongside his esteemed High Chiefs, these gatherings are attended by representatives of the Isokan Local Government of Ikoyi-Osun. Together, they foster communal collaboration and advancement in the region.

In addition to the presence of representatives from the Isokan Local Government of Ikoyi-Osun, these gatherings often feature esteemed guests of significance, such as the University of Ibadan Forestry Department, the International Institute of Tropical Agriculture (IITA) Forest Unit, and the AG Leventis Foundation Ornithology Unit. Notable figures like Dr. Maria Diekmann, a wildlife rescue expert from Namibia, and Mr. Chinedu Mogbo of The Green Fingers Conservation Initiative, Lagos, grace the occasion. The involvement of The Singing Tree Documentary filmmakers from Nigeria adds depth to the discussions, which typically revolve around crucial topics including forest conservation, combating illegal logging and hunting of wild animals, promoting research and academic endeavors to elevate the community globally, advocating for the One Health agenda, fostering participation in MAMIE training workshops, and implementing community improvement programs.
